59歲的男性因為腰背部疼痛體檢發現胰體部分有腫瘤，腫瘤直徑3cm，並且包繞了血管，外科評估不能手術。這種情況下，我們在超聲引導下給病人進行了碘粒子植入加神經叢阻滯術來改善病人的疼痛，同時控制局部腫瘤，為後續的化療提供一個比較好的基礎。

　　A 59-year-old male received physical examination due to pain in the lower back and found a tumor in his pancreas. The tumor measures 3cm and it’s encasing vessels. According to surgical evaluation， the tumor is inoperable. In this case， we will perform brachytherapy and nerve plexus block under the guidance of ultrasound to relieve the patient’s pain， meanwhile control the local tumor which lays a good foundation for further treatment
