84歲肺癌患者右肺腫瘤3cm，觀察一年多之後腫瘤長大至5cm。由於病人肺功能很差，不能手術，冷凍消融成為了更安全的選擇。消融過程在局麻下進行，病人意識清醒，無不適症狀，手術很順利。

　　An 84-year-old lung cancer patient had a 3 cm tumor in the right lung. After over a year of observation， the tumor grew to 5 cm. Due to the patient's poor lung function， surgery was not an option， making cryoablation a safer alternative. The ablation procedure was performed under local anesthesia， with the patient remaining conscious and experiencing no discomfort. The operation was very successful.
